S was true to his word. Within a few days the phone calls started.
They were relentless. Every day an automated message was fired at us from random phone numbers, each time robotically saying :
“Hello this is a call from Shire. Would you please return our call on 01827 300 326”.
There was never a human on the line. Always the same robotic voicemail.
If it wasn’t for S’s complaint thread we wouldn’t have had any idea who this company was that was now harassing us daily. They didn’t introduce themselves, they didn’t even bother putting a human on the line to talk to us.
This company relies on automation and harassment. It ironically appears to be a perfect partner.
As we are engaging I cannot say too much more about them here but wanted a placeholder as I’m sure they’ll be part of the ongoing saga too.
Be aware that they sound like scammers and they behave like scammers and the added pressure and stress they’ve added to our lives cannot be overstated.
Along with YouLend, they have made our lives hell.
